The 2017 Deloitte 2017 Global Human Capital Trends report, Rewriting the rules for the digital age, cites that an accelerated pace of change is having enormous impact on business and HR. It urges organisations and management teams to innovate and adapt accordingly - and fast!

The report offers industry-specific executive summaries, including A Travel, Hospitality & Services perspective, which incorporates a helpful infographic to illustrate 10 key findings.
